Recall that the deceased, Eboigbodin was said to have had an encounter with some officers and men of the command who allegedly flagged him down to check for his vehicle particulars and thereafter threatened to take him to the station.

It was said that when the argument was on, the said former labour leader slumped and died.

However, this development has led to the issuance of a 48-hour ultimatum by the civil rights groups to the police to fish out their men involved in the roadblock at Upper Sokponba that has led to the death of their comrade (Eboigbodin).

And in a bid to unearth the mysteries surrounding his death, the Commissioner of Police, Ozigi through the command’s Police Public Relations Officer, Moses has called for a thorough and immediate investigation.
